Kansas Jayhawks Beat Nebraska Cornhuskers: Winners And Losers

The Kansas Jayhawks stayed perfect on Saturday beating the Nebraska Cornhuskers, 63-60. Of course, the game wasn't perfect by any means but the Jayhawks get what matters -- a win.

SB Nation's Rock Chalk Talk has the full run down of the game including KU's struggles offensively. Here's what they say about the winners and losers:

Winners; Tyrel Reed deserves some credit for keeping the Jayhawks in this and I can't help but enjoy the Kansas bigs doing their best to rip down the basket late, although next time they can hopefully start sooner.  Just win!

Losers; No way to phrase it and not sound like broken record so we'll just leave it at that.  If you watched the game, draw your own conclusions.  This team has so much upside but has to find a way to reach that potential consistently.

Losers may also be momentum moving forward. That's three games in a row the Jayhawks haven't had under control -- at Michigan, at Iowa State and then Nebraska. Now they face one of, if not the toughest matchup of the season when they visit Baylor. I imagine KU would prefer to be on their game rather than come limping in with three close victories.
