The Kansas Jayhawks are the preseason favorites to win the Big 12 for the ninth time in leagues 15 year history. This year the coaches have also voted the Texas A&M Aggies to win the Big 12 title. Kansas did earn the most first place votes with five compared to Texas A&M's two. One thing to consider is that this voting was taken before it was announced that Kansas will be without freshmen Ben McLemore And Jamari Traylor for the season.
The Baylor Bears and Missouri Tigers come in at third and fourth with Baylor earning two first-place votes and Missouri with one. The Kansas St. Wildcats are projected to finish sixth this year just barely above the Oklahoma St. Cowboys.
Here is the complete projected order of finish as projected by the coaches, also coaches are not able to vote for their own team.
