Big 12 Power Rankings: Oklahoma State Ranks First, Kansas State Moves Up

For OSU, their 60 point victory over Texas Tech only further cements them in the driver's seat in the conference and it's hard to imagine them losing before bowl season, even to the Sooners, who are No. 2.

The latest Power Rankings from ESPN's David Ubben has Oklahoma State predictably on top and the Kansas State Wildcats moving up the charts from last week's win over Texas A&M. For OSU, their 60 point victory over Texas Tech only further cements them in the driver's seat in the conference and it's hard to imagine them losing before bowl season, even to the Sooners, who are No. 2.

Kansas State won a thrilling four overtime game over the Aggies on Saturday. That prompted Ubben to write, "Cardiac Cats is about right. Another thrilling game for K-State, and another fourth quarter comeback. This one took four overtimes, the longest game in Big 12 history. Collin Klein continues to truck defenders and burrow into the end zone, now with 24 touchdowns on the season."

Kansas State is at No. 13 in the BCS Standings and ranks No. 16 in the AP Top 25 poll this week. You can catch Ubben's full rankings here.
