The Ohio St. Buckeyes are without star forward Jared Sullinger who is out with back spasms. The Kansas Jayhawks have taken advantage of Sullinger being out and are on verge of upsetting the No. 2 team in the country. Sullinger contributes 19 points and 10 rebounds per game and in today's game no Buckeye has stepped up in his absence.
Kansas has never trailed in this game and started out with a big first half and lead 50-39 in the first half. The Ohio State offense has struggled all game and are shooting 32 percent from the field and 33 percent from beyond the arc. Kansas on the other hand is shooting extremely well and are shooting 61 percent from the field and three-point range.
Leading the way for Kansas is Elijah Johnson who currently has 15 points and is 5-for-7 with all of his shots have been from three-point range. Ohio State has two players in double figures and are led by Deshaun Thomas who has 17 points so far in this game.
