The Kansas Jayhawks basketball team will head to Tulsa, Okla., to play Boston University on Friday night at 5:50 p.m. The game will be televised on TBS and all the games are also being streamed live on the Internet. The game is close enough to Lawrence and Kansas City that I imagine there will be a solid contingent of KU basketball fans that make the trip.

Kansas is a 23-point favorite over Boston Univ. so common sense says they'll screw. But, as we all know, this is Kansas and they have a habit of making things interesting or, in the case of Bucknell or Northern Iowa, depressing.
KU should win this one without a problem. Clearly, they're among the deepest teams in the country and also have the best offense in the NCAA. They have leadership in guys like Brady Morningstar and Tyrel Reed and they have size in Marcus and Markieff Morris. Even Tyshawn Taylor is playing really well after losing his starting job following a suspension earlier this season.
So Friday night is when those Jayhawks will hit the court. If they win, they'll be playing the winner of the 8-9 game between UNLV and Illinois.
