Big 12 Tournament Bracket Update: Here Come The Huskers

The Nebraska Cornhuskers are apparently a team of two different halves. In the first half against Oklahoma State in the first round of the Big 12 tournament, Nebraska looked out of sync and the Cowboys capitalized getting a lead as large as 13 points and entered halftime with a 30-21 lead.

The start to the second half has been much kinder to the Huskers as they've grabbed their first lead of the game, 39-38, with about 11 minutes remaining in the game. Kudos to Nebraska for slowly chipping away at Oklahoma State's lead. Lance Jeter has 11 points leading Nebraska in scoring while OSU's Keiton Page has 10 points.

Nebraska shot 23 percent in the first half and 72 in the second half (through nine minutes of the game). At the moment, the second half score is 18-8 in favor of Nebraska.

There's still plenty of time remaining but this isn't turning into a rout like we once thought it was. Oklahoma State started the game hitting their first five three-point attempts of the game but they haven't hit one in their last seven attempts.
