Morris Twins' NBA Decision Is Close, KU Basketball Coach Bill Self Says

Last week it was reported that Kansas Jayhawks' Marcus and Markieff Morris were meeting with an agent in Los Angeles signaling they were likely to enter the NBA. Officially, we didn't hear anything from the Morris twins about the meeting, but other reports suggested they were likely to leave the KU basketball team for the NBA.

KU head coach Bill Self confirmed they were in Los Angeles last week but that they're back -- for now. Via LJ World:

"The twins are back in class, in school. They did go to L.A. (last week to meet with an aspiring agent). The (Morris) family paid for the trip. A decision is close, but has not been made yet," Self said.

They have until April 24 to make a decision so there's time for them to contemplate it. Thomas Robinson and Tyshawn Taylor already announced they'll be back and Self said last week that he would sit down with each of them individually to see what they were thinking regarding the NBA.
