Kansas Vs. Texas Basketball: Game Preview, TV Schedule

The Kansas Jayhawks are looking for its ninth straight win when it heads to Austin on Saturday to take on the Longhorns.

The Kansas Jayhawks will be looking to extend its winning streak to nine games when they travel to Austin on Saturday to take on the Texas Longhorns.

The Jayhawks made a big statement on Monday when they handed No. 3 Baylor its first loss of the season by a score of 92-74. Kansas point guard Tyshawn Taylor scored 28 points against Baylor to lead the Jayhawks attack.

"I think we made a big statement tonight," senior guard Tyshawn Taylor, said after the latest game. "I told my team with like, 11 minutes left, that we have to make a statement. I don't know if people are sleeping on us -- they know we're good -- but I don't know if people knew what we could do."

Texas dropped an 84-80 decision to Kansas State on Wednesday.
