Big 12 Basketball Standings: Kansas No Longer Perfect As Mizzou Looms

The Jayhawks and Tigers could be battling for first place in the Big 12 Conference this Saturday in Columbia.

Kansas' unbeaten run in Big 12 Conference play came to an end with a road loss at Iowa State on Saturday, giving two 6-2 teams striking distance at first place overall: Baylor and Missouri, who will host the Jayhawks this Saturday in Columbia. Kansas State and the Cyclones round out five sure-thing NCAA Tournament bids for the conference, followed by a group of 3-5 teams (Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State) all trying to break .500 in conference play and get on the bubble.
