Missouri Vs. Kansas Final Score: Tigers Score Final 11 Points To Defeat Jayhawks, 74-71

The Kansas Jayhawks looked to have a huge win over the No. 4 Missouri Tigers as they led 71-63 with 3:24 left on a Tyshawn Taylor dunk, but that was the last points that Kansas would score on the night. Missouri scored the final 11 points in the game with nine of those coming from Marcus Denmon who hit two key three-pointers with his second giving Missouri a 72-71 lead with 56 second left in the game.

Kansas had a chance after that Denmon three-point shot to go back ahead when Taylor was fouled by Michael Dixon, but Taylor missed both free throws. Down 72-71 Kansas had to foul with 10 seconds left and Dixon made both free throws to seal the 74-71 come from behind win.

Missouri's Denmon was the player of the game as he led all scorers with 29 points and by connecting on six of nine shots from beyond the arc. Dixon deserves a lot of credit as he came off the bench and scored 15 points.
