NIT Bracket Selection Show: TV Time, Bracketology

There won't be much in the way of local interest in the National Invitation Tournament, otherwise known as the 2012 NIT, since every team that had a legit case to make it into the 2012 NCAA Tournament from the Big 12 made it in. The Texas Longhorns represented the only real bubble team, so instead the NIT will be more about smaller schools from other regions. Fans of Washington, Drexel and Oral Roberts are among those expected to watch the NIT selection show.

But if you're a diehard basketball fan who wants to know about the next round of 32, then you can catch all of the information below. If you're an import from another school like Miami, you certainly have our condolences.

Here's the information for the NIT Selection Show:

Time: 9 p.m. Eastern, two hours after the NCAA Selection Show ends.

TV information: You can find the NIT Selection show on ESPNU.

Bracketology: Looking for a head start? Head over to NIT-ology and The Bracket Project for a look at the projected field.
