Wednesday's quarterfinal games in the 2012 Big 12 Championship Tournament roll right along into the evening. In the first of two night games, the No. 2 seed Missouri Tigers are playing the No. 7 seed Oklahoma St. Cowboys. Through the first half of play, the game is all Mizzou. They enter halftime leading by a score of 49-24.
The Tigers jumped ahead early in the first half and went on a tear, going on a 17-0 scoring run at one point. They kept piling onto their lead and pulled away to a 20-plus point lead.
Kim English of the Tigers is absolutely on fire. He leads all scorers in the game with 21 points and six rebounds.
The winner of this game will go on to the semifinals on Friday, where they will face the winner of Wednesday's quarterfinal nightcap between the No. 6 Texas Longhorns and the No. 3 Iowa St. Cyclones. Barring a comeback by OSU and an upset by the Longhorns, it appears as though the top four seeds will all make it to the semis.
