Kansas Basketball Recruiting Class Ranked No. 10 By ESPN

The Kansas Jayhawks are fresh of a national title game appearance with a team that was expected to surrender their string of Big 12 conference titles and rebuild a bit with a supposedly shallow roster. What, then, will Bill Self be able to do with returning starters like Elijah Johnson and Jeff Withey and the stars of their incoming class? It's such an impressive one that ESPN ranks it No. 10 in the country anchored by star forward Perry Ellis.

The Kansas Jayhawks' big winter addition was small forward Andrew White (Chester, Va./Miller School). The shooter with rebounding prowess helped KU ascend in the class rankings. Not to be lost in the mix is the improved play of forwards Zach Peters (Plano, Texas/Prestonwood Christian Academy) and Landen Lucas (Portland, Ore./Westview), two frontcourt prospects who will give Bill Self depth in the lane.
