Former University of Kansas forward Thomas Robinson has seen his draft stock take a steady rise since declaring for the NBA Draft. According to the Twitter account of DraftExpress, Robinson will work out for the Charlotte Bobcats who hold the number two pick in the June 28th draft.
Thomas Robinson will visit Charlotte June 22nd. He's the clear frontrunner to be picked #2 at this point.— Jonathan Givony (@DraftExpress) June 14, 2012
Robinson famously made waves recently when he declared that he should be taken first in the draft over the consensus number one overall pick, University of Kentucky big man, Anthony Davis. Aside from the Bobcats, Robinson could also end up playing professionally in his hometown of Washington D.C. with the Wizards who hold the third overall pick.
