NBA Mock Draft: Tyshawn Taylor Heads To Chicago Bulls In Yahoo! Sports' Latest

Tyshawn Taylor is doing all that he can in pre-draft workouts to raise his draft stock, but in the end he's likely to cross his fingers and wait. That's because nearly every draft analyst for the upcoming 2012 NBA Draft has the Kansas point guard as a potential first round prospect, and sitting on the bubble is never comfortable for anyone. Luckily for Taylor, at least one mock draft has him heading in the lower first round.

The latest mock draft from Yahoo! Sports' Jonathan Givony has Tyshawn Taylor heading at No. 29 overall to the Chicago Bulls.

Givony writes, "With Derrick Rose likely out for a big part of the regular season and C.J. Watson not expected to be retained, the Bulls will have a shortage of ball-handlers. A battle-tested senior like Taylor could provide some temporary relief. He has the size, athleticism and talent to develop into an excellent backup once Rose returns."

Taylor definitely has the goods to help a team on the court, while character concerns from previous years at Kansas should be eased with his senior year where he helped take the Jayhawks to the NCAA title game.
