Keith Langford enjoyed a nice four-year career with the Kansas Jayhawks from 2001-05 with a career scoring average of 13.3 points. It wasn't enough to pursue a career in the NBA with only a short two-game stint with the San Antonio Spurs to show for his post-college efforts. However that hasn't stopped Langford from furthering his pro dreams with a very successful career that's continued in international leagues. Most recently, Langford inked a deal with EA7 Emporio Armani Milano, a team in Milan, Italy.
KU Sports Gary Bedore writes, "Langford, 28, averaged 10.8 points and 2.0 assists in 20 Euroleague games last season for Maccabi. He averaged 14.2 ppg in 22 games in the Israeli Premier League, earning all-Israeli guard of the year honors by Eurobasket.com. He was named MVP of the Adriatic League Final Four after averaging 19 points off 61.9 percent shooting. He helped Maccabi win the Adriatic League, Israeli League and Israeli Cup."
Langford has played overseas since 2007 for various teams in Italy, Israel and Russia.
