NCAA Selection Sunday 2013: TV schedule, start time, live stream and more

The college basketball season hinges on one hour of television tonight.

USA TODAY Sports

The NCAA tournament selection show airs Sunday live at 5 p.m. CT, at which point the bracket will be revealed to the 68 participants and the rest of the world over the course of an hour's broadcast.

Greg Gumbel, Greg Anthony, Doug Gottlieb and Seth Davis host the show, which airs on CBS and will be simulcast on a stream at the NCAA's March Madness Live webpage and on the March Madness Live mobile app. Then at 6 p.m. CT, the coverage will shift to TruTV for an in-depth look at the bracket with Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Rex Chapman.

The Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas State Wildcats and Missouri Tigers all should qualify for the tournament with ease. SB Nation bracketologist Chris Dobbertean pegged Kansas as the No. 1 seed in the South region, playing its first two games of the tournament at the Sprint Center in Kansas City (where it just won the Big 12 tournament). Dobbertean projects Kansas State to head out west as the No. 4 seed in the East region, playing its first two games in San Jose.

As for the Tigers, Dobbertean also has them in the East region, earning a No. 9 seed and a potential round-of-32 match-up against the Indiana Hoosiers.
