The Kansas State Wildcats look to make it three in a row with a win Monday as they prepare to face Loyola Chicago (0-1) in the Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan, Kansas. The Wildcats won the previous two contests in a a 92-54 Wildcat win at home and a 68-60 victory last season at the Gentile Center in Chicago.
The Wildcats were picked to finish 6th in the preseason 2011-12 Big 12 Conference coaches’ poll released in early October. While the schedule is relatively mild for the remainder of November, beginning in December Frank Martin's squad will have tough tests versus ACC opponent Virginia Tech, Big East foe West Virginia (Huggins vs. Martin) and the No. 15 preseason ranked Alabama Crimson Tide out of the SEC.
