Kansas State Vs. Texas Score: Wildcats Lead 17-10 After Teams Exchange Touchdown's

After a slow first half the Kansas St. Wildcats and Texas Longhorns have now exchange touchdowns in the third quarter. Kansas State scored first in the third quarter after Ty Zimmerman intercepted Texas quarterback David Ash and returned it to the Texas 40 yard line. On the drive Kansas State was able to run the ball on the ground against Texas, but the key play was a pass interference call against Texas which put Kansas State at the 2-yard line. Kansas State then scored on a 3-yard touchdown run by quarterback Collin Klein to go up 17-7.

With that pick by Daniel Ash Texas replaced him with Casey McCoy, and that was the spark Texas needed as McCoy went 3-of-3 passing on a six-play, 81-yd touchdown drive and scored on a 36-yard pass to Blaine Irby to get Texas within a touchdown.
