College Football Rankings: Baylor, Virginia Enter Top 25 After Impressive Wins

The Baylor Bears are clearly enjoying the soaring NFL Draft stock of their quarterback Robert Griffin III. RGIII had another outstanding day against top notch competition on Saturday with the team’s upset win over the Oklahoma Sooners. Griffin himself had four touchdown passes to go with nearly 500 yards against the Sooners defense and that places the Bears back in the Top 25 late over at the National Football Post.

Baylor now sits at 7-3 on the season with impressive wins over Oklahoma and an early season victory over TCU as well. The Bears have Texas and Texas Tech ahead and both of those should be competitive. Yet if Baylor finishes the season at 9-3, that would be a landmark year for the program and a certain entrance into the first round of the NFL Draft for Griffin.
