Kansas State Basketball: Frank Martin Suspends Jordan Henriquez Indefinitely

Kansas State will be without Jordan Henriquez when they take on Oklahoma State on Saturday after the junior forward was suspended indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team.

When Kansas State takes on Oklahoma State on Saturday it will do so without junior forward Jordan Henriquez who has been suspended indefinitely by coach Frank Martin for conduct detrimental to the team.

"He's a fine young man that needs to refocus on all the positive things that he has done here for two years," Martin said. "He just needs a moment away so he can regain the vision that he had when he came here."

Martin said that Henriquez would not practice with the team while he was suspended and that they would meet sometime next week to discuss his status with the team going forward. Henriquez averaged 7.1 points and 5.1 rebounds through Kansas State's first 17 games. In his last two games he has scored a combined three points.
