Big 12 football standings: Kansas State enjoys view from top

The No. 6 Kansas State Wildcats continue to enjoy their spot on top of the Big 12 standings, tied with No. 5 West Virginia at 2-0 in the conference this season and 5-0 overall.

The two are the only undefeated teams remaining in Big 12 play after just two weeks, while most of the conference remains wholly successful overall on the season. Oklahoma (No. 13) and Texas (No. 15) remain entrenched in the top 15 in the AP Poll, while TCU (No. 23) and Iowa State (No. 25) have also worked their way into the USA Today Coaches' Poll.

Kansas (1-4, 0-2) has lost their last four games and sit in the last spot in the Big 12.

Kansas State is set to take on Iowa State on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT with coverage on FX. The Kansas Jayhawks will welcome Oklahoma State on Saturday, with kickoff slated for 2:30 p.m. CT.
