Kansas State, No. 3 in the latest BCS rankings, remains on top of the Big 12 standings with a 4-0 conference record and perfect 7-0 record on the season.
The Wildcats, sporting one of the more balanced offensive and defensive attacks in the NCAA this season, demolished then-No. 13 West Virginia 55-14 on Oct. 20 with Heisman-hopeful Collin Klein passing for 323 yards and three touchdowns.
Oklahoma (No. 8 in the BCS) sits just behind the Wildcats, thanks to a 5-1 conference record. The lone loss came on Sept. 22, against Kansas State. The Sooners will face No. 5 Notre Dame on Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. CT.
Oklahoma State (5-2, 2-1) sit in the No. 4 spot in the conference after a big win over No. 24 Iowa State this past Saturday. The 31-10 victory was the first win for the Cowboys against a ranked team in 2012, after a 41-36 loss to Texas on Sept. 29.
