The No. 7 Kansas State Wildcats host their in-state rival Kansas Jayhawks this Saturday in Manhattan at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The 12 p.m. ET game will be televised nationally on FX.
The Wildcats are 24-point favorites on most books, give or take a half point. The over-under opened at 53 and has not moved much.
Kansas and Kansas State were both off last weekend. The Jayhawks (1-3, 0-1) are coming off a 30-23 loss to Northern Illinois and lost their only Big 12 game so far to TCU, 20-6. Kansas State (4-0, 1-0) is coming off a huge 24-19 road win over Oklahoma.
Though the Wildcats are expected to run over the Jayhawks, both coaches have been exceptionally complimentary in the run-up to this Saturday's contest. Kansas coach Charlie Weis said the Wildcats have "no blaring weaknesses" and Kansas State coach Bill Snyder said that it's "hard to prepare your defense" for a Charlie Weis offense.
