College Football Rankings: Kansas State Ranked No. 22 In Preseason AP Top 25 Poll

The Associated Press released their college football preseason AP Top 25 poll with the Kansas State Wildcats ranked No. 22.

After a strong 10-3 season, K-State is the lowest ranked among the six Big 12 teams in the AP Top 25. The Oklahoma Sooners are the highest ranked conference team at No. 4 followed by West Virginia (No. 11), Texas (No. 15), Oklahoma State (No. 19) and TCU (No. 20).

The Wildcats will have to face Oklahoma, West Virginia and TCU on the road in Big 12 conference play this season, while hosting Texas and Oklahoma State along with non-conference foe, Miami, FL to highlight a challenging 2012 schedule.

Kansas State's AP ranking is one behind the No. 21 rank they received to start the season in the USA Today Coaches' poll.
