The Kansas State Wildcats won again on Saturday against North Texas, but it wasn't exactly the most inspiring win for a team that's 3-0 and positioned among the top programs in the country. So it's not surprising that Bill Snyder's team really didn't move in the latest round of college football rankings despite the victory.
The Wildcats are still among the top teams in the Big 12 and that alone is going to give them a solid positioning as long as they can hold that title, but Collin Klein and company will have to shake such a slow start as they had against North Texas if they want to survive next week's game against No. 6 Oklahoma. West Virginia is also impressive at No. 8.
