A slew of experts have spoken and it looks like the Kansas St. Wildcats have their work cut out for them as the Oregon Ducks are nearly a consensus pick to knock off the Wildcats in the highly-anticipated Fiesta Bowl on Jan. 3 in Glendale, Arizona.
Dennis Dodd, Bruce Feldman, Tom Fornelli, Matt Hinton and Chip Patterson of CBS Sports all picked Oregon while their colleague Jerry Hinnen was the only one among them to pick Kansas State.
Sports Illustrated's Stewart Mindel also picked Oregon but ESPN's Will Harris went out on a limb and called for a Kansas State one point victory over the Ducks, 31-30.
We will soon find out which of these experts will be proven correct as two teams that were once slotted as the two teams to play in the national championship game, find out what would have happened if that national title game would have come to fruition.
