Michael Dixon Will Play Vs. Illinois, Mizzou Coach Mike Anderson Says

Last week Missouri Tigers head coach Mike Anderson announced guard Michael Dixon would be suspended indefinitely for a violation of team rules. Anderson at the time:

"We have high standards for how we expect our young men to carry themselves. Michael didn't meet those standards, therefore he is suspended indefinitely."

On Wednesday Mizzou will face No. 21 Illinois in a highly anticipated matchup and, yes, Dixon will be there, the Columbia Tribune reports.

Mike Anderson said Mizzou guard Mike Dixon will play against Illinois.

Good news for Mizzou. This will be a big game for them and, with Phil Pressey's injury, Dixon's return comes at a good time.
