The Iowa Hawkeyes pulled it out over the Missouri Tigers in the 2010 Insight Bowl, 27-24. The game will be disappointing for Mizzou fans because Iowa scored with just a few minutes remaining and eventually got the ball back and ran out the clock on Mizzou. There were two significant plays in the game and that's Blaine Gabbert's interception returned for a touchdown and T.J. Moe's controversial overturned catch.
Kirk Ferentz nearly broke down after the game as he held back some tears talking about his team's ability to come back in the fourth quarter.
I didn't change anything. That' a real positive there. Great effort there. We had to come up with some big plays. Missouri is an outstanding team.
