Justin Blackmon Injury Update: Oklahoma State WR Out For Rest Of Game Vs. Missouri

An update out of Columbia, as the 2010 Biletnikoff winner Justin Blackmon has had his helmet taken away from him. Per ESPN Big 12 blogger David Ubben:

Justin Blackmon is out for the rest of the game as a "precautionary measure," according to a sideline report on Oklahoma State's radio broadcast.

With the trainers of the Cowboys taking Blackmon's helmet away, speculation is that the wide receiver from Ardmore, Oklahoma might have suffered a concussion the first half versus the Missouri Tigers. It was earlier believed that Blackmon might have suffered an injury to his shoulder as he's been seen icing it. Blackmon leaves the game with 8 catches and 54 yards receiving with a touchdown reception from Brandon Weeden in the first quarter.

The No. 4 ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys lead the Missouri Tigers 38-17 at the end of the third quarter in Faurot Field.
