The second half has been all Kansas State as they have outscored Missouri 14-0 so far in the half. Kansas State running back John Hubert has been leading the way with 74 yards so far in the second half, and quarterback Collin Klein has punched in the two scores for Kansas State on a one and three yard touchdown.
Kansas State did turn the ball over to start the third quarter, but Missouri could not convert on that opportunity as Grant Ressel missed his second field goal on the day. The Missouri offense has not been able to anything against Kansas State by having two three and outs in the third quarter.
Missouri finally revived their offense and drove down 79 yards on 14 plays to score their first touchdown on the day by going for it on 4th and goal at the two yard line with running back Henry Josey scoring. The key play on the drive was when Missouri went for it on 4th and fourth and converted a six yard pass to T.J. Moe to keep the scoring drive alive.
