Missouri vs. Mercer: Frank Haith Tries For 2-0 To Start Season

The Missouri Tigers look to push their record to 2-0 as they face the Mercer Bears on Monday.

The No. 24 Missouri Tigers look to win their 60th straight non-conference home game Monday night against the Mercer Bears in the Mizzou Arena.

Missouri is coming off a 83-68 victory over Southeast Missouri State on Friday, and for new coach Frank Haith his Tigers are just figuring out how to become a team. The former head coach of the Miami Hurricanes is still learning how to work a rotation, get to know his players and implement his style of play as they prepare for a tough non-conference schedule including Notre Dame, Villanova and their biggest rival Illinois in December.
