Missouri Tigers DE Aldon Smith will be arriving at the 2011 NFL Combine on Friday along with the rest of the defensive linemen and linebackers.
On the first day, he will get registered, take some pre-workout medical exams and settle in on the first day.
On the second day, they'll be meeting with the media (on Saturday), taking the Wonderlic Test and meeting with various NFL teams for 15-minute interviews each night.
On the third day, he'll have an NFLPA meeting and more interviews with NFL teams.
On the final day, he will workout for teams doing skill drills, timing drills and hitting all the workout stations they have.
Smith will be an a popular name at the Combine in Indianapolis because of his athleticism. Some people have him as a 4-3 defensive end while others have him as a 3-4 outside linebacker. He's already considered a player who will be selected in the top half of the first round so he can't boost his stock much more.
The key for him is showing his versatility and his athleticism. 4-3 and 3-4 teams aren't quite sure what they have yet but they know they want someone who can do multiple things.
