Missouri basketball head coach Frank Haith announced several additions to his coaching staff on Wednesday including Tim Fuller, who is coming from Louisville. Haith also announced the addition of Todd Pandov as strength and conditioning coach and veteran bench coach Ernie Nestor.
The big one is Fuller because he'll be a recruiter and has excellent ties around the country which will be a big bonus for Mizzou moving forward.
"Tim is a tireless worker. He has risen up the coaching ranks and has made a big impact at every stop along the way. Louisville has a Top 10 recruiting class for next year and Tim was a major part of that. He has learned from some great coaches. Coach (Rick) Pitino, Coach (Dave) Odom and of course Coach (Ernie) Nestor, so Tim has a wealth of experience and he's only 33. Obviously Tim has great contacts all over the country, not just because of his ability to teach the game of basketball, but his connections with Nike and the AAU and high school circuits."
Fuller has ties to the top point guard in the country, who committed to Louisville, but it's unclear of Rodney Purvis would consider committing elsewhere.
