Frank Haith To Missouri Not Done...Yet

The Missouri Tigers have found their next head coach, according to multiple reports. Frank Haith, coming from Miami, will be Mizzou's next head coach. A contract for Haith isn't completed yet but it's expected to soon. Missouri's Board of Curators will meet on Monday, presumably to approve Haith's contract.

We've seen stories involving Missouri head coaches take wild turns lately from Mike Anderson's departure to Arkansas to Matt Painter's decision to remain at Purdue. This, however, has been confirmed by plenty of media outlets including the Kansas City Star, St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Columbia Tribune, as well as national reports like FOXSports.com.

So the Board of Curators will meet on Monday evening and, if they approve the contract, there will likely be an announcement to follow.

Missouri has been searching for their next head coach since Mike Anderson decide to leave for Arkansas two weeks ago. Haith is a surprise candidate as we heard plenty of names floating around over the weekend including Tubby Smith, Steve Alford and Shaka Smart.
