Missouri Vs. Iowa State Basketball: Game Preview, TV Schedule And A Reflection On The First Loss Of The Season

The Missouri Tigers took their first loss of the season Saturday versus the Kansas State Wildcats. Now, the road to recovery begins with their next game versus Iowa State.

The shoe finally dropped for the Missouri Tigers on Saturday as their 75-59 loss to Kansas State gave them their first mark in the loss column and a sense of perspective moving forward into their Big 12 conference schedule.

Its not going to get any easier.

Of course, its good to know that your head coach is willing to take it on the chin like a man.

"As a coach, you never want to feel like you got your butt kicked. They kicked our butts."-- Frank Haith on the loss at K-State

The only thing the Tigers can do is rebound, and that's where the Iowa State Cyclones comes into play. The Tigers and the Cyclones tip-off at 7 p.m. Central Time at the James H. Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa.

The game can be watched on ESPN3 and the Big 12 Network. If you're on the radio dial you can listen in on the Tiger Radio Network.
