Missouri Vs. Texas Tech Halftime Update: Tigers Lead Red Raiders 31-24

The Missouri Tigers have been led by senior guard Kim English's 19 first-half points as Frank Haith's ball club has a 31-24 lead over the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the Mizzou Arena in Columbia.

The Red Raiders have struggled all day possessing the ball as 14 turnovers in the first half have slowed any momentum that Billy Gillespie looked to create for Texas Tech. Jordan Tolbert has 7 turnovers by himself in the first half, and their leading scorers have come off the bench (Jaye Crockett and Luke Adams) with just five points a piece.

Outside of English, the Tigers are shooting just 4-16 from the field in the first half and have been out-rebounded by the Red Raiders 14-9. The Tigers must keep winning to have any hopes of catching the Kansas Jayhawks for a shot at the Big 12 championship and can ill afford to drop a game versus a 7-12 basketball team.
