Missouri freshmen Dorial Green-Beckham, Torey Boozer and Levi Copelin were arrested by campus police Wednesday night. The three Tigers were sitting in a Lincoln Navigator outside Memorial Stadium just before midnight when a Missouri University officer checked in on the vehicle, according to MU police department spokesman Brian Weimer :

"The officer noticed the individuals sitting in a car and went up and made contact," Weimer said. "The officer observed the odor of marijuana. Through the investigation, the officer made the arrest of three individuals."

All three players were charged with possessing 35 grams or less of cannabis and released after booking. Missouri football spokesman Chad Moller said that all three will be suspended one game, immediately. Rock M Nation isn't terribly "worked up" about this but:

ugh. A) I am not enjoying the 2012 season. B) Come on, DGB, you have a larger spotlight on you than most, and you really don't want to go down this road. C) Really? You guys were just sitting in a car?

Green-Beckham, a former no. 1 overall recruit, scored his first touchdown on an 80-yard reception last Saturday in a 21-16 win over Central Florida. Green-Beckham had only caught six passes for 48 yards in the team's first four games.
