It has been about as good of a start to the season as expected for the Missouri Tigers, who sit at 6-1 after their first seven games, their only loss coming at the hands of a strong Louisville Cardinals team during the Battle 4 Atlantis. Since that game, they have taken down VCU and Appalachian State. They'll be looking for their third consecutive win when they face the Southeast Missouri Redhawks on Tuesday.
SEMO has started off the season with some wins of its own, holding a 6-4 record going into the game against Mizzou. The Redhawks are on a three-game winning streak, most recently taking down Southeast Louisiana on Saturday.
Mizzou are the obvious favorites for the game, led by a solid offense that should have no trouble against a somewhat porous Redhawk defense that has given up 60 points or more six times -- five to lesser teams and once to Kansas -- as their offense has streaked in and out.
The game will be on Tuesday at 7 p.m. CT at Redhawk Arena. It will be televised on both ESPN3 and Fox Sports Midwest.
