After a disappointing debut in the SEC, the Missouri Tigers take a break from conference play on Saturday to face the Pac-12's Arizona State Sun Devils at Faurot Field.
There will probably be no shortage of yardage put up by the two teams. It's just a matter if the Tigers (1-1) will turn offensive production into points after recording 371 yards to Georgia's 355 that resulted in just 20 points to the Bulldogs' 41.
ASU (2-0) is averaging 54 points through two games, their most recent being a 45-14 victory over Illinois. The Sun Devils amassed 510 yards of total offense in the win.
Mizzou coach Gary Pinkel said mistakes were to blame against the Bulldogs, and of things the Sun Devils haven't done under first-year coach Todd Graham, miscues are one of them. Though they had two turnovers against the Illini, ASU isn't the penalty-prone team of the past. Graham's team has committed just five penalties on the season.
