After yet another week of the new intense schedule of the NBA, the Oklahoma City Thunder remain on top of the Western Conference standings with a 16-3 record. Interestingly enough, longtime title contenders like the Lakers and Spurs are on the fringes of the playoff positioning if the season were to end right now.
