Thunder vs. Trail Blazers score update: Oklahoma City lead Portland, 49-42 at the half

Oklahoma City has a seven-point lead over Portland at the half.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are looking good as they are playing their second game in as many days. Friday night's game is against the Portland Trail Blazers, and are the half are leading 49-42 at the half.

Russell Westbrook is leading all players with 16 points, and Kevin Durant has scored 12 points and and 10 rebounds. Kevin Martin came off the bench to score eight points on 3 of 7 shooting, including making a pair of three-point shots.

Oklahoma City is leading due to their defense which is suffocating Portland by holding them to 32 percent shooting from the field. The reason that the Trail Blazers are even in this game is because they are shooting 7 of 11 from three-point range.

Wesley Matthews is leading Portland with 14 points, and has made 4 of 5 shots from beyond the arc; while rookie Damian Lillard has put up 11 points.
