The Oklahoma City Thunder offense had a field day against the Utah Jazz Friday night in their 104-92 win. Five players on the Thunder scored in double digits, with Kevin Durant leading the way with 25 points, however the player of the game belonged to Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook filled out his stat sheet nicely with 23 points, 13 rebounds, eight assists and seven steals. Then there was Serge Ibaka who was a defensive beast with seven blocks on the night.
As for the Thunder defense on the whole, they did hold the Jazz to just 7 of 23 from beyond the arc. Utah relied on those three-point shots to try to stay in the game, but they just were not falling.
Overall, Utah shot 41 percent from the field. Despite shooting just above 40 percent, Utah had six players score in double figures with Enes kanter netting a career-high 18 points. The Jazz did make a comeback effort in the fourth quarter as they cut it to a five-point game, the Thunder then went on a 9-2 run to put the game away for good.
