Out of the five NBA games scheduled for Christmas Day, the marquee match of the bunch is probably the re-match between last season's NBA finalists, the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Miami Heat.
Both the Thunder (21-5) and the Heat (18-9) are in the lead of their respective divisions and look like early favorites to meet in the title game once again. Tuesday's meet-up between the two teams will be the first between them since the NBA finals series that saw the Heat escape with the trophy.
The usual suspects have led the two teams through the start of the season. Kevin Durant has led the Thunder, who are playing with the loss of James Hardin to Houston, with 27.9 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. Lebron James has led the Heat with 25.4 points per game.
The game will be at American Airlines Arena at 3:30 p.m. CT. It will be televised on ABC.
