NBA scores: Winners of six straight after Tuesday, Thunder keep rolling

The Thunder kicked off their week with a road victory over the Nets, pushing their current winning streak to six games in a row.

The Oklahoma City Thunder got their week off to a strong start, defeating the Nets in Brooklyn, 117-111, on Tuesday night to extend their winning streak to six consecutive games.

Elsewhere, the New Orleans Hornets handled the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night, 102-81; the Washington Wizards upset the Miami Heat, 105-101 and the Houston Rockets downed the Los Angeles Lakers, 107-105, on Tuesday. On Wednesday, J.R. Smith's buzzer-beater lifted the New York Knicks over the Charlotte Bobcats, 100-98, and Kobe Bryant surpassed the 30,000-point mark in career scoring in the Lakers' 103-87 win over the Hornets.
