The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night, in what is probably the marquee game of the weekend in the NBA. The Lakers have struggled to adapt to new head coach Mike D'Antoni's system, but are coming off a big win in New Orleans on Wednesday night. Meanwhile, the Thunder have won six in a row, and are only a half game behind Memphis for the best record in the Western Conference. They've also scored at least 100 points in each of their past 11 games. Getting to 100 against Los Angeles shouldn't be too difficult, considering how much the Lakers have been struggling defensively recently.
Oklahoma City will host the Indiana Pacers on Sunday. After starting the season out slowly, the Pacers have found some equilibrium. They've won four of their past five games, and should give the Thunder a tough time on the court.
Elsewhere in the league, the Nuggets and Knicks will get together on Sunday, which should be a thoroughly entertaining affair. You can see the entire NBA schedule here, courtesy of SI.com.
