NBA Standings Update: Thunder Still Reign In Western Conference

As the NBA's trade deadline looms and teams vie for playoff positioning, the Oklahoma City Thunder still reign supreme in the Western Conference by 4.5 games over the San Antonio Spurs for the No. 1 seed. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook might have suffered a surprise setback at home last night to the Cleveland Cavaliers, but there's a reason why Durant ended his post-game quotes with "We'll be all right."

The Houston Rockets are holding on to the last seed in the West if things ended right now, but on their current five game slide, it's hard to tell where things will end up.
