The Oklahoma City Thunder and the Houston Rockets battled each other to a 53-53 tie at the half of their fourth and final matchup of the season. The Thunder have had their problems trying to contain rookie Chandler Parsons who paced the Rockets with 19 points in the first half.
Kevin Durant scored 18 points in the first half including 3-5 shooting from beyond-the-arc to lead the Thunder. Russell Westbrook added 16 points while James Harden came off the bench to score seven.
Parsons hit 8-11 field goal attempts in the first half to score his 19 points and was 3-3 from three-point range. Goran Dragic added 10 points and four assists for the Rockets who are without their starting backcourt of Kyle Lowry and Kevin Martin who are both out due to injury.
