Thunder Vs. Timberwolves Final Score: Oklahoma City Holds Off Minnesota, 115-110

The Oklahoma City Thunder were put to a surprise test when they faced the Minnesota Timberwolves who were without starters Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio. The Thunder needed every bit of Kevin Durant's 43 points and Russell Westbrook's 35 points to win 115-110.

At the start of the third quarter it looked like the Thunder were pulling away when they went on a 10-0 run to go up 69-58, but the Timberwolves recovered to get back in this game.

In the fourth quarter it was Durant who led the way for the Thunder as he scored 16 of his 43 points over the final seven minutes. The Timberwolves had a chance to pull off the win when J.J. Barea hit a three-pointer to make it 112-110 with 13.8 seconds left, but Westbrook ended up securing the win for the Thunder by making three free throw to close out the game.

This was a big win for the Thunder as they stay one game ahead of the San Antonio Spurs for the best record in the Western Conference.
