After being listed as a game-time decision, Kendrick Perkins will start Monday's Game 1 against the Los Angeles Lakers, according to CBS.
Perkins suffered a hip strain in Game 4 Oklahoma City's first-round series against the Dallas Mavericks. In the four-game sweep of the Mavs, Perkins averaged 3.8 points and 6.3 rebounds. He only played eight minutes in Game 4, but got plenty of rest as the Lakers had to play seven games against the Denver Nuggets in the first round.
In the regular season, Perkins averaged 5.1 and 6.6 rebounds
